HFC Partial Owner, Gregg Garner, and wife Tara Have Charges Against them Dismissed; Records to be Expunged

The Office of the Attorney General has dropped all charges of TennCare Fraud and Theft of Services against Tara and Gregg Garner, founding co-owner of Hopewell Family Care Integrative Medicine.

These charges were the result of a hate-group which provoked a multi-year investigation into the Garners’ personal lives, nonprofit, and business activity. The Garners are cleared of all charges, nolle prosequi “with prejudice,” meaning that it cannot be tried or re-opened.
You can read more about the Garners’ story on the G.O.D. Int’l website here, where their journey is detailed.

Gregg Garner is a majority owner in Hopewell Family Care. Co-owner Jaimee Arroyo and the team at Hopewell Family Care believed firmly in the Garners’ innocence, and for that reason, stood behind him and his family through this tolling ordeal. As a company, we are very thankful to see the District Attorney’s office recognize the Garners’ innocence. We continue to extend our support to their family, as they take steps to heal from this difficult season.

"Gregg has been an integral part of the Nashville community experiencing a clinic where they find safety and healing. Even through an incredibly damaging investigation he continued to work with us at HFC to keep shaping this clinic into the resource it is for the people of middle Tennessee. I’m so thankful that the truth came to light so that together we can continue to be a place where people can find providers and an administration that really cares about their healing journey. " - Jaimee Arroyo, FNP-BC
